Clarke® MIG 180EN 送線馬達

Swapped this into my 180EN after the original feed motor started stuttering, and the wire runs smooth again. The 8.7 mm pinion lined up with the drive roller perfectly, no shimming needed. Back to laying clean beads on .030 flux core.

The 37 mm diameter matched my old motor exactly, so it slid right into the housing without any shimming. Wire feeds smooth now at every speed setting.

Dropped this into my old MIG 180EN and the wire feeds smoothly again. The 37 mm diameter and 63 mm length matched the original exactly, and the 8.7 mm pinion lined up fine with the drive rolls. Back to welding within twenty minutes.
