Finally got this for a proper restoration project and the wire feeds smoothly without kinking on the spool. Grinds down much faster than the steel filler I used to use, saving a ton of time on cleanup.

The 8” spool is a good size for a full day of welding without swapping rolls, and the wire’s softness really does make it easier to grind down than steel. Used it on a frame repair where I didn’t want to over-grind the base metal, and it blended in nicely.

This spool feeds smoothly through my torch without kinking, which saved me time on a tricky repair. The 11-pound size is nice for multiple projects without having to reorder too soon.
