I was worried about gas flow consistency on my MC200 torch, but this diffuser fixed it immediately. The gas distribution is noticeably more uniform during cuts now.

The cut quality on my plasma torch had been getting ragged for weeks, and this diffuser fixed it immediately. Gas flow is even again and the dross on 1/4 inch plate cleaned right up. Fit the MC200 housing perfectly, no wobble at all.

Swapped out the old diffuser on my MC201 torch and this one fit perfectly without any modification. The cut quality on thinner steel is noticeably cleaner now, with less dross.
