ERCuAl-A2 鋁青銅 TIG 焊條

Took a bit to get the puddle right on some carbon steel, but once I dialed in the heat this rod flowed beautifully and the weld blended perfectly with the aluminum bronze plate. The intermediate strength is exactly what I needed for this repair job.

The bond between my cast iron base and bronze decorative plate came out rock solid with this rod, and the arc stability was noticeably better than with generic filler. Exactly what I needed for a tricky dissimilar-metal repair.

The rod runs smoothly and the arc is really stable, even on my first try with this alloy. It bonded perfectly to a cast iron bracket I was repairing, which saved me from buying a whole new part.
