The threads on this electrode matched up perfectly with my PT-60 torch, so no struggling to get it seated. Cuts are as clean as when the machine was new, and the arc seems more stable than with the old one.

I was worried about getting the wrong fit, but this electrode seated perfectly in my PT-25C and the arc was stable right away. It’s lasted through a solid 12 hours of cutting without any drop in performance.

This dropped right into my PT-40 and cut through 3/8-inch steel like butter on the first try. No sputtering or misfires like I'd get with the old one. The threads feel precise, so it tightened smoothly.
