Cut like a dream on my 80A torch right out of the box—zero sputtering and the fit was snug on the first try. I've already put a few hours of heavy cutting in and the tip's holding up great.

Replaced the worn one on my 40A setup and the arc starts crisp every time, no sputtering. Fit the Z series torch perfectly without any fiddling, and the 40-80A rating covers everything I run through it. Glad I grabbed a couple spares.

My old electrode was wearing out fast, but this one handles the 60-amp range I usually run without any noticeable drop in performance. The copper contact face seems properly seated and the threads matched my torch head perfectly. Really solid replacement for the price I paid.
