Swapped this onto my 250EX and the difference on 200A aluminum runs is night and day — the torch stays cool through long beads instead of cooking my glove. The trim line body is way lighter than the stock torch, which my wrist appreciates on overhead work. Fittings sealed up dry on the first try.

The 9mm quick connect fittings lined right up with my cooler, no adapter hunting needed. Flex head makes those tight corner welds way less of a fight than my old rigid torch. Runs cool and steady even pushing 200 amps on aluminum.

Swapped this onto my 250EX and the water-cooled setup keeps the head cool even on long aluminum runs at 200 amps. The trim line body is noticeably lighter than the stock torch, which my wrist appreciates on overhead work.
