If your gas solenoid valve is not working, it could be the valve or it could be the Circuit Board. Easiest way to test is to use a voltmeter and measure the voltage going to the valve with the trigger pulled. If you have 24 volts at the valve with the trigger pulled and you don't have gas then its probably the valve.  If you don't have 24 volts, then its probably the  the PCB.

This gas solenoid valve fits ONLY the following Snap-On Welders:  FM140A  YA212A  MM250SL ,MM140SL

Eva ★★★★★

Installed this on my 140SL yesterday and it fixed the gas flow issue immediately. The voltmeter test in the description saved me from buying a new circuit board unnecessarily.

Evelyn Z. ★★★★★

The solenoid valve arrived well-packaged and the connector perfectly matched my MM250SL welder's harness. I followed the voltage test method described and confirmed it was the valve, not the board.

David ★★★★★

My old gas solenoid was intermittent, so I swapped this in and the shield gas flows perfectly now on my FM140A. The voltmeter test described in the description made diagnosing the circuit board easy before I even ordered.
