A premium flux-cored, dual-shielded, seamless, tubular, and copper cladded wire.

To weld:
Set the wire speed to 250 IPM
Set the arc voltage to 24-25 Volts
Use 75/25 gas at about a 40-50 CFH flow rate
The contact tip to work distance should be about 3/4" (no more than 1")
If you set everything correctly, the amperage reading in the display should be about 160-170 amps.

The above settings work for in-position welds and also for out-of-position vertical up and overhead welds. The above settings are used during AWS D1.1 state certification tests and, if executed properly in multiple passes, can make sound welds on materials of unlimited thickness.

Claire G. ★★★★★

The 33 lb spool on a 12" drum is a solid amount for heavier jobs, and the seamless copper-cladded surface definitely cuts down on feeding hiccups. I set the wire speed per the instructions and got a clean, stable arc right away. Slightly pricier than some options, but for the smooth feed and lack of

The flux-cored feed runs smooth through my gun, and the 12" spool holds plenty for a long job. Set the speed to 2 and it lays a clean bead with minimal spatter.

Miles A. ★★★★★

The copper cladding on this wire really stands out when you first load it—it feeds smooth and consistent through the liner. I’ve put about ten hours on the spool so far and the arc stays stable with minimal spatter, even on the second setting.
