24 Series (240A) MIG welding gun for select Snap-On® and Systematics® MIG welders. Uses HTP America® 24 Series consumables, we do also offer a consumable kit part# 50024HD. You will need to trim liner to the correct length to fit your machine. This is the replacement gun will work with the following Snap on welders: YA2204, YA204A, FM140A, MM140SL, MM250SL. (Please note that this will not work with the FM140 only the FM140A-the FM140 has a pigtail connection).

I was worried about fitment but it threaded right on and the 24 series consumables are cheap and easy to find. The gun runs noticeably cooler at 240 amps than my old one, so I'm not cooking tips every other bead. Trimming the liner took five minutes and it's been feeding smooth ever since.
