Swapped this into my Pro Pulse 220 last weekend and the connector seated perfectly with the existing harness. It’s a straightforward install if you’ve ever opened a welder up, and the board itself feels solid with clean solder joints. Running the spool gun now is night and day smoother than before.

Took a chance on this PCB to get my spool gun running on the Pro Pulse 220, and it was a direct swap with zero fuss. The connector pins lined up perfectly, and now the gun feeds smooth as butter. For the price of a factory repair, this was a no-brainer.

It solved the exact compatibility issue I was having with my 220 machine, and the board itself feels well-made. Plugged right into the spool gun without any modification.
