Wasn't sure about the no-threads design at first, but it seats cleanly in my Plasma Prof 35HF and the arc stays steady through a full sheet of 3/8 plate. I grabbed the extended length version for reaching into tighter spots and it's become the one I reach for first.

Snapped right into my Plasma Prof 50 and cut cleaner than the worn one I replaced. The extended length gives me way better reach on thick plate, and the fit is rock solid with no wobble.

The no-threads design is a small thing but it makes swapping tips so much quicker on my Chicago Electric 40. I grabbed the extended length version and it reaches spots the stock one just couldn't. Cuts clean through 3/8 plate without any hiccups.
