So frustrating fighting birdnesting with aluminum on my M-25, but this 15-foot Teflon liner finally made .040 wire feed smooth through the whole whip. The fit into the gun was snug with no trimming needed. Now I can actually trust the setup on longer verticals.

Feeding .035 aluminum through my M-150 was a nightmare until I swapped in this Teflon liner — the wire glides through with almost no drag. Definitely solves the birdnesting issue I was having.

Pushing .035 aluminum through my M-150 used to birdnest constantly until I switched to this Teflon liner. Fifteen feet was plenty for my setup and the wire feeds smooth now. Should've made the swap months ago.
