Got my 140 running smoother right out of the box—the 15 Series consumables fit perfectly and the rigid neck holds its angle even on tight overhead joints. Wire feeds steady at 180 amps, no hiccups on a full day of body work.

The rigid neck version gives me way better control on tight joints than my old setup did, and it took the 180A load through a full afternoon without the handle getting hot. Hooked it to my MIG 140 and the 15 Series consumables threaded right on, zero fuss.

Swapped out the factory neck on my Unlimited 200 for this rigid neck and the fit is perfect. The 180A rating handles everything I throw at it without overheating.
