My aluminum feed issues are finally gone with this 12-foot liner—the .035 wire runs through it without any of the bird-nesting I dealt with before on the water-cooled setup. It’s a direct fit for the 501 gun and the graphite coating makes a noticeable difference in smoothness.

The graphite liner slides in smoothly and the 12-foot length gives me plenty of reach around the shop. Feeding .035 aluminum wire through my 501 gun has been flawless since the swap.

Swapped out the old liner on my 501 gun for this 12-foot graphite one, and feeding .035 aluminum wire through the Pro Pulse 300 is now noticeably smoother with no birdnesting. A perfect, straightforward upgrade for the price.
